Jerome Stephens
Jerome (Jerry) P. Stephens ll, is the owner of Diversified Real Estate Services, INC. and business partners with Douglas T. Whitney in the 32nd Corporation a registered Nevada Corporation, along with Michael S. Geller (Moreno Valley Planning Commissioner) and Douglas Whitney in Growth Star ll, LLC.
Mr. Stephens is a well know associate of Iddo Benzeevi of Highland Fairview, and has and still is involved in many personal and business dealings with Mr. Benzeevi, up to and including the Highland Fairview Corporate Park Project.
Mr. Stephens was also very involved with the elections process for both Councilmember’s Jesse Molina and Robin Hastings.
During a debate held in October of 2008 Ms. Hastings claimed that she had no involvement with either the Moreno Valley Taxpayers Association, Iddo Benzeevi (Highland Fairview) or Jerome (Jerry) Stephens. However when confronted with the truth she stated “I had no idea, I didn’t claim it, had I have known I would have.”
This being the case, at no time did she amend her required filings to indicate any such donations by the above mentioned individuals or their businesses.

On the Form 461′s you will see the names of those paid as “Campaign Workers” for Robin Hastings, note the name Mary Fredenburg and Maggie Sanchez.
The above information may not seem important, however as this site develops it will become quite clear how important these business names are, along with their association with Iddo Benzeevi, Michael Geller and even Marion V. Ashley.
